Michael's Lamb

Michael's Lamb was commissioned in 1988 to commemorate the tragic death of Michael David DeVoss. It was dedicated that same year. Michael's grandmother, Barbara Farnell, commissioned this remembrance as a public memorial. The lamb is climbing a mountain, looking to the future. Cast in bronze and installed at the Dallas Zoo. In keeping with his grandmother's request, Michael's Lamb is located where it can be freely hugged and petted by children.
